IT Infrastructure Specialist
This role is expected to be able to ensure a smooth operation of all IT Systems including Networks (Firewalls, IP Segments, etc.), Hardware (Development, Networking, and Security devices) Servers (VPS, Baremetal, or offshore Backups), and Services (which may include third-party software and/or own-developed). Also will contributing development of IT Department policies and scalability.
Requirements
Minimum hold Bachelor Degree (S1) in IT/Computer Science or equivalent
Has working experience of at least 3+ years as IT SysAdmin / IT Operations / Infrastructure fields of work
Strong technical knowledge of Network and Server Operating System
Having good knowledge of scripting (CLI and SQL) and programming
Basic knowledge on Data Security and Cyber Security basics
Vast experience on Mikrotik, Switches, VM, HA, and Enterprise Backup Solution
Good communication in English
Willing to be placed in Pondok Cabe Airports, Tangerang / Wahid Hasyim, Central Jakarta
Responsibilities:
Oversees and maintain all aspects of our company's IT infrastructure, including performances, health and automate backup at operational levels.
Responsible for ensuring a smooth operations of all IT Systems including Networks (Firewalls, IP Segments, etc.), Hardwares (Development, Networking and Security devices) Servers (VPS, Baremetal or offshore Backups), and Services (which may include third-party software and/or own-developed).
Contributing development of IT Department policies and scalability. Coordinate with internal IT Department for IT services provided in the company.
Act as L2 support and making smooth transition to L1 for any services operated in the company by providing guide and documented troubleshoot procedure.
Contribute to the IT Related Project.
Liaise with vendors and coordinate with the superior.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor to support the IT infrastructure's efficiency and development
